South Central Railway to run Special Trains to clear Extra rush of traffic during Ensuing Summer Season


A) South Central Railway will introduce a Bi-weekly Special Train between Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam to clear extra rush of passenger traffic during the ensuing summer from 6th April to 30th June, 2012, as per the following schedule:-

Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam-Hyderabad Bi-weekly Special Train (50 Services):Train No. 07148 Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam Bi weekly Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 19 30 hrs onFridays and Saturdays and arrive Visakhapatnam at 08 30 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07147 Visakhapatnam-Hyderabad Special train will depart Visakhapatnam at 19 05 hrs on Saturdays and Sundays and arrive Hyderabad at 08 50 hrs on the next day. Enroute, these special trains will stop at Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Madhira, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmaundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada. These trains will have 16 Coaches Viz, one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, Ten Sleeper Class, Two General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

B) South Central Railway will extend the run of the following Special trains to clear extra rush of passengers during the ensuing summer season:

1)Hyderabad-Ajmer-Hyderabad Weekly Special Trains (26 services): The Hyderabad-Ajmer-Hyderabad Weekly Special Trains will be extended to run from 6th April, 2012 to 1st July, 2012.Accordingly, Train No. 07106 Hyderabad-Ajmer weekly Special train will depart Hyderabad at 21.35 hrs on Fridays and arrive Ajmer at 14.30 hrs on Sundays.In the return direction,Train No. 07105 Ajmer-Hyderabad weeklySpecial train will depart Ajmer at 22.45 hrs on Sundays and arrive Hyderabad at 14 00 hrs on Tuesdays. Enroute, these trains will stop at Secunderabad, Malkajgiri, Medchal, Kamareddi, Nizamabad, Basar, Dharmabad, Mudkhed, Nanded, Purna, Parbhani, Jalna, Aurangabad, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Sehore, Shujalpur, Berchha, Ujjain, Nagda, Kota, Bundi, Mandalgarh, Chanderia, Chitorgarh, Bhilwara, Bijaynagar and Nasirabad. These trains will have 18 Coaches Viz., Two AC II Tier, OneAC III Tier, Seven Sleeper class, Six General Second class and Two second class luggage cum brake vans Coaches.

 2) Hyderabad-Kolhapur CSMT - Hyderabad Four days a week Special Trains (104 Services): The Hyderabad-Kolhapur-Hyderabad weekly Special Train will be extended to run from 1st April to 29th June, 2012 . Accordingly, Train No. 07143 Hyderabad-KolhapurSpecial Trainwill depart Hyderabad at 23 10 hrson Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundaysand arrive Kolhapur at 22 45 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07144 Kolhapur CSTM - Hyderabad Special Train will depart Kolhapur at 07 30 hrs on Thursdays, Fridays, Mondays andTuesdays and arrive Hyderabad at 06 45 hrs on the next day. Enroute, thesetrains will stop at Begumpet, Sanathnagar, Lingampalli, Shankarpalli, Vikarabad, Tandur, Nawandgi, Kurgunta,Seram,Malkhaid Road, Chittapur, Nalwar, Yadgir, Naryanpet Road, Krishna, Raichur, Mantralayam Road, Adoni, Guntakal, Bellary,Tornagallu, Hospet, Koppal, Gadag, Hubli, Dharwad, Londa, Belgaum, Ghatprabha, Raybag, Kudachi, Miraj and Hatkanangale. These trains will have 11 Coaches Viz. One AC II tier, One AC III tier, Four SleeperClass, Three General Second classand Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

3) Secunderabad – Manchiryal-Secunderabad Special Trains (156 services):Train No. 07607 Secunderabad-Manchiryal-SecunderabadSpecial Train will beextended to run from 1st April to 30th June,2012. This trainwill depart Secunderabad at 05.30 hrs on all days except Saturdaysand arrives Manchiryal at09.35 hrs on the same day. In the return direction, Train No. 07608 Manchiryal-Secunderabad Special train will depart Manchiryal at 10.30 hrs on all days except Saturdays and arrives Secunderabad at 14.30 hrs on the same day. Enroute this train will stop at Bhongir, Aler, Jangaon, Kazipet, Uppal, Jamikunta, Potakapalli, Odela, Kolnur, Peddapalli and Ramagundam. These trains will have 12 coaches viz., Ten General Second class and Two second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

4) Adilabad-Nanded-Adilabad Daily Special Trains (182 services): The Adilabad-Nanded-Adilabad Special Train No 07403/07404 will be extended to run from 1st April to 30th June,2012 .This Train No 07403 will departAdilabad at 07.30 hrs daily and arrive Nanded at 12.15 hrs on the same day. In the return direction, Train No. 07404 Nanded-Adilabad Special Train will depart Nanded at 15.00 hrs and arrives Adilabad at 19.30 hrs on the same day.Enroute these trains will stop at Kinwat, Bodhadibuzurg, Sahasrakund, Himayatnagar, Bhokar, Mudkhed. These trains will have 18 coaches viz., One AC III tier,One AC Chair Car, Two Sleeper Class, Twelve General Second class and Two Second class luggage cum brake van coaches.
